All other Personal Information including but not limited to payment terms, address information, and other Personal Information provided to teachable.com will not be collected or used by Company and such collected information will be subject to the terms and conditions of Teachable.com. The Company is only provided with Your email address and name for purposes of registration and participation in the Website’s course offerings. Company is not responsible for any Personal Information that You provide to Teachable.com to participate in the Course or access the Website with the exception of Your email address or name. Company’s use of Your email addresses will be limited to rights set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  • Use of Information.   • Breach Notification. If Company learns of a security safeguards’ breach, You acknowledge that the Company may notify You via electronic mail so that You can take appropriate protective and administrative steps. All such electronic communications shall be sent to the email address that You have provided the Company for registration with the Website for participation in the course. In addition, Company may post notice of a breach on the website should a breach occur. Depending on where You live, You may have a legal right to receive such notice of a security breach in writing and as such You consent to the Company emailing You for Your address solely for the purpose of sending such written notices.
  • Notice to International Users. The Website will be accessible globally and as such when You provide Your Personal Information to register and participate in the course, Your Personal Information may be transferred internationally subject to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If You are visiting from a jurisdiction with strict data collection or privacy laws, please note that Your registration and participation in Website’s course constitutes Your acknowledgement that such Personal Information will be transferred to the Company in the United States.
